incoherent you did check the trouble.rtf in the install folder of the demo as it lists the supported cats for the different radeon cards, directX is required for some if not all soundcards, I'm not 100% if EAX is handled by directX though

Second level works fine for me. GeForce 3 card. Gettin a GeForce FX 5900Ultra soon. For Half Life 2 & Doom 3
