Ok folks as many of you may have found out that I have been working on getting every single model and texture from MOHAA and convert them over to CoD for us mappers, well tonight Im happy to announce DMR 1.0 MOHAA into CoD is up and ready for downloading
everyone go and get it if you want to ultimate mapping resouce

UPDATE!!: DMR 1.0 Users Listen up! After spending a few weeks with a programmer we have worked out all the bugs and I am happy to announce that the DMR Moders "PK3er" is ready for downlaod.
what is PK3er?
A tool that will allow you to pk3 up your BSP, MAP, ARENA, GSC, files. This tool can pk3 up xmodel files and their related files, and EVEN all of a models skins files, ALL in just a few simple clicks, MAKEING DMR TOOLS EVEN THAT MUCH MORE OF A DREAM COME TRUE HAPPY MODDING PEOPLE.

Dont forget to make a list of what custom models your useing in your map so its easyer in the pk3ing step.

Warning People useing DMR 1.0
there are STILL model skins and custom textures that have alpha .dds problems, may need to be resaved in order for you to see the model work in a compiled map if a model is all white this is your problem.

Curiously - have you modified the sizes? as cod and moh unit sizes are different

well as close as possable just by eye, but if the model is still off a little you can hit "N" while having anyone of the models selected and enter the key:modelscale then give it a value .5x or 1.5x vola model scaled to your choice not just the bounding boxes.

al this is very cool
but will it actually work
see here
i have extracted ALL far cry textures and made a map with it
but its sOOOOOOlaggye due to al the custom textures
wont you have the same problem
say when you use only moh textures
or can ya use only some

i wanted to make a map with onlyuy fc textures but my textutres folder is about 25 megs big
so that cant be a map of 40 megs
isnt that a big to much?
so i think you can use only a couple of textures
in a cod map
and not a whole map made in moh texture
What you think?

yeah you are right, limiting how many models from this resource and textures per map you make is a good idea for faster downloads, but I dont think it should hamper to much of the dl times and fps out there unless yes like you were going to do use every texture from a 40 mb file of textures but still even if you use alot of custom textures you should be fine. Your textures were .dds right?

they are pritty cool i think ; a bit Modern but i think its cool

i also got a couple of Vietcong textures

hum strange Im going to use a crap load of textures and compile my map this time and see how the fps are cause they seemed fine with useing a few befor.

HAHAHAH BTW I just noticed your icon veary nice check out www.greyghost.tk they are the clan im in.

ok well right now im working on converting new models from a few games for DMR 2.0 but was wondering now, :) if I should even bother with textures and put all my time into just the models? what do you all think?
