Programs like seti and folding are all too common now, so which do u guys use? Personally I stick with Seti and with it now running 24/7 on 2 computers for me I think Ill reach the 1000 unit mark in a matter of days (bout 10 units per day per machine). Whats yer flava?

I just use plain old Seti@Home. I wish I could use multiple computers to compile a video somtimes

Seti at home is free. And all you need is a computer and any popular operating system and some kind of connection to the internet. It isn't anything fun. It just does its thing.

Yeh, is just means ure machine is doing something worthwhile in its idle time, guess I shoulod probably switch it off when I take this baby onto batteries tho, dont wanna drain them too quick!

I did have Seti untill my dad cracked it with it for some reason i cant remember now, he made me uninstall it
