Yep that’s what I ment.
But what program do I use to edit them and would U know of any published info about how to do it? I have made a few skins but would like to take them to the next level by making some real mods to the game like changing the physical aspects of the models. I don't even know where to begen with the bolton's. Any advice?

Hey, I couldn't help but notice that gif of the skull faced guy kicking the NOOBS word. I made this skin a LOOONG time ago and it looks like I've been ripped off. Look:

The other skin looks better, you have probably not been ripped off. And about the bolt-ons...I've tried but didn't get them to work no matter what I did. Neutrino might release a tutorial about it sometime.

…uhh no I didn't rip off U'r work just look at the head. I did the art work from scratch making the full skull not just pasting a skeletons face into a drawing and then laying it over one of the default skins.
…and as far as the issue about ripping a skin I remember sending you a copy of this skin “because I had trouble putting it in PK3 form” back when the demo for sof2 was still the only way to get a taste of the game and the full length game had not been released yet. I was on sof2files and after seeing a link to U'r skinning tutorial and if I remember correctly even your tutorial said that at this point this was all the info you had at the time and there would be a full length tutorial that you would release when you had all the info and once again if I remember you only have your NEO and LAPD skins out so I have had this skin in the works for quite some time.
