Yippy skippy!! The manager at the Starbucks I had an interview with on Monday just called me..... And I got the job!! I'm so excited, because now that I am working... I can finally get my car!!!!

Hmmm.... I don't know how old you have to be.... I'm 18 right now.... I dont think there is an age limit on how old you have to be to work there, cuz you're not allowed to ask a persons age for job application (unless its like for a bar, etc...)

well im 15 going 16, and I will need a job real soon and Im pretty shy, so I dont want to walk in and ask for a job and them say sorry your to young or something, things like that can turn me off doing things :P

In Canada, allowed age depends on the job. I'm fairly certain you're allowed to do almost any job at the age of 16 (except serve/sell alcohol and cigarettes). You can join the Cdn "military" at that age, as well, and you're no longer required by law to be in school. Less than 16, I believe you can work, but there are restrictions on hours worked.

starting age is 15 in canada adn you are restricted. ytou cant work late on weekdays (school) and you have that training wage thing...good grief.

i never had to worry about it. i just got an interview at a tech support company in abby (where kevin works). time to show him up! they were "very interested" in me. i had a phone interview too.
right now i work at a golf course and i get to golf for free all over my province and at 5 courses in hawaii.
i get a new car this week too!! yay, lots of stuff happening
