if it starts to shutdown while ur tring to download the 2 files or applie them then go to start, run and type: shutdown -a

I got it. Thing is though I'm on dialup...and so it only shut down my PC like 3 times before I removed. Everyone get the patch tho cause it is a pain.

I just got the pach,I guess my firewalls been protecting me till now as I didn't have it [edit] I did get that patch in July and this patch it is not the same number , the info on the patch said it is based on the code that the chinese group released [/edit]

It took about 5 mins to run through on mine, but I guess it would depend on how many files you have on your machine.

Thanks Hrh. Ive had that rpc thing before when I went through the ctrl alt del menu and started ending random programs jsyk
