setting it to unlimited is silly, because it causes lag.

set it at 125-150, that's all you'll ever need (150-200 = NO DIFF).

how did you come upon this system? is it a brand new, complete build? or did you perhaps have a nVidia card installed on it?

you may have driver conflicts, or some kind of registry entries left over...
