You would enter the game bring down your console and type /demo filename example if you wanted to watch a demo called myself you would type /demo myself without the .dm and all that at the end. Or you can type it in a target line.

There is a program you can DL at the bottem of this thread which allows you to watch all versions of demos and be able to slow them down and speed them up. =Demo Link From the (OS) Site= Its a pretty handy util.
