if someone sends to ravensoft sof2 pb screens and cheater guid, do you ban that guid from sof2?

No, best thing to do is go to a place like http://www.punksbusted.com/ and post the screenshots on the forums there, and get server admins that check the forums to ban from their servers. There's no "global ban" system by Raven or EB, or atleast not that I know of.

guid would be in the pic. and you can send them to evenbalance so that they can make sure that the pics have not been modified and are legitimate (not a video card driver issue or something). Make sure you have more than one of the person, or you will get an email saying that they dont like to base decisions on one screenie. Demos are always nice too.

the only way to get a global ban is for pb to catch a hack on the users pc designed to hack pb, then the user's is globally banned from pb.

definately send it too punkbusted though. If it is legit, then they will get banned from every good pub server (qs, eq, most if not all clan servers, etc) and every league (CAL STA TWL) etc..
