Can you bind a single key to primary weapon, and a different key to secondary weapon?

bind x "weaptoggle primary"
bind x "weaptoggle secondary"
if i  remember it right  

I'm not sure if that's the right command.  I'm at work and can't check now, but I don't want a "toggle" I just want one key to only select  the primary and then another key to only select the secondary.  I don't want a single key to toggle between  the two.

As in:
bind X primary
bind Y secondary

..or whatever it is.

I believe those commands are correct.
