Raven, if it is at all poss. please add the GeForce FX to the video card .DEF file and add a GeForceFX .cfg in your next patch. Untill then can anybody help me make one, this is sick having my geforce FX 5600 detected as a GeForce1 and gives the scalability options for a GeForce1.

I don't think that their will be anymore SOF2 patches, Raven has announced that they will not be working on anymore SOF2 material.

grrr i think there shud be a last patch that fixes this #### lean bug its drving me mad all these people leaning cos if u aim with shotty at head when they lean (it doesnt have to be crouch lean) then u miss. though if u aim at where the head wud be if they werent leaning then u wud get em straight away with headshot. imo raven NEEDS to bring out a patch to fix these major hitbox issues

If you want to blame someone... blame Activision!!! (Granted, Activision owns Raven) But the fellows here at Raven are the creative artists. The legalistic, money-grubbin' apparatchiks at Activision would be involved in the slave trade if they thought they turn a buck. Activision obviously saw little future in more SOF2 work for the PC.... It appears the future for SOF2 is the Xbox. Oh, by the way, even the bow wow called Unreal 2 is getting more support... they are going to release a multiplayer for it... How 'bout that for support. Understand, I believe SOF2 is a complete game.... It is, however, a great PC franchise... Whoever sold it down the drain (or simply sold it) should have a special place in h*ll.

Why do u actualy need the file for the card, its only used the first time the game starts (or safemode) to generate a default config file, after that u can change all the setting anyway.
