I personally can say i'm one of the better players at the game, but i'm by no means the best

Don't be so hard on yourself, you're the best, we all know it  :p

Tru dat ;]

{ doesn't want to even think of better than Tyranith because it hurts too much }

I still have scars from that early morning ass whoopin' you laid on me last month.

Just thinking about it makes me sob.

When I saw Tyranith moving about the map on Jor1, it immediately made me think of the Perfect Bots on the old Perfect Dark game for Nintendo 64.  The fluidity of those Bots movements and how lethal they were was just scary, it would set my hair on end when I played against them, even with radar turned on and everything, it was like being an extra in a slasher movie.

Yeah I know he's good, ages ago I already told him he could have been in cs4u and I guess now he is since Voltz is probably the next cs4u.... :-/

I'd rate myself somewhere in the top 50 players.  Probly the lower half of fifty, but yeah, I'm good.

ROFL, not even close!

RMG...

grassy hills... jungle... maybe even some night.

That was really supposed to be the selling point of the game... use of weapons aiming skill... general tactics....

Certainly not just stock map knowledge learned from nothing more than redundant play.

Love to play some of the guys in here on some RMG.. just for laughs.

I know how good I used to be as a Q2 fps...

I still have my good days.

But without RMG, the game is just another... learn the map game.  And that was what this game was supposed to avoid in multiplayer.

In fact, RMG jungle should be the guts of online play but it isn't because it is so easy to just learn maps and camping spots.

.....

Oh, and what has helped kill the game is the nade play at the spawn points...from just learning the maps.

But you don't find any RMG because the clan servers just want to brush up on map tactics.

So, the best part of SOF2 never even gets the fun play.

Just my opinion.

dys, add me in on msn...the_dob62@hotmail.  play on our server sometime..it seems as soon as any T|A join, it fills up.

i wish we had NOTHING but rmg on our server.  i can practice stock maps at will (or at least jor1 at will, since everyone seems to have a hardon for it), and i'd like a place where its always random.   :D
