PB just doesn't have all the tools to detect EVERYTHING, but it does detect some. The info does mean something, but don't try banning a guid from pb this way:

A fool proof way of catching cheaters is by

/rcon pb_sv_plist
/rcon pb_sv_getss pbid

then logging into ftp and getting the requested screenshot # from the sof2/pb/svss directory. Keep in mind that it may take a minute or 2 for the screenshot to transfer.
