this was added later today by an ace member i think.  it does look like a team icon but i trusted CAL and their descision, it looks like they didnt take their time on this one.

either way custom skins arent allowed in cal so they should face some kind of penalty. a ban and forfeit is way out of control in light of the new evidence.

however those SS they provided look wierd to me as well. i find it odd a SS was taken when he has his cross hair perfectly on his team mate so his name is sure to display. meh, it still looks like AcE is cleared on this one.

custom team icons are the dumbest sounding things i've ever heard of.  that's an IVITATION to get called a cheater. so stupid, even if it isn't a hack.  

custom team icons should be banned. =P

Ok now I know what those are called, I've seen ballhacks before just didn't know they were called ballhacks.

And I've seen different colors before.

I saw a screenshot once of a guy who had a ballhack, everyone had a green and red cross going through them, not just his team, but the other guys too. It wasn't a team icon cause they were going right through the people and also you could see the team icons above the green and red crosses.
