Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help. I have just begun using the UT2003 editor and am having difficulty with triggers. I have a project in which I need a player pawn to walk into a trigger so that a static mesh appears (imported from 3DS Max) / changes size or colour/and moves in a direction or rotates.

I am not sure if this can be done using a trigger, but if it can is there a particular trigger that I should attempt to use?

this may sound like a strange request, I am attempting to experiment with this editor as part of a uni project. Unfortunately I am running short on time and have run out of things to try.

Please reply.
Many thanks.

You could use the trigger to start the operation, but the rest of it will have to be done through scripting. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to get UEd to call up a script.

I do know that there is a built in script editor, but you can't use a trigger to accomplish all of the above, only to start the script running.
