ever thought about the 9500 pro cards ?

am gonna get one only around £150 and fully dx9 compatible.

sure they aren't better then the 9700' but there not that far off in 3d mark tests. and they cost like almost half the price.

but.....

get one quick they are turning into rare things now a days. the production is ceasing of them.

Ya I was originally going to get a 9500 PRO but I decided to go for 9700 PRO. I want that extra power :D Besides the price is coming down quick here. It's went from 550 to 520 and now I can get one for 490

lmao 490 what? if thats yen then ok but not pounds or even dollars for that matter.

thats daylight robbery. i seen them for around 350 pounds. but i still ain't paying that much . coudl get a decent pro mobo and hd for that.

graphics cards are stupidly over priced.

I was under the assumption that the 9700 Pro was built with DX9 compatibilty. Let me see.....Yup (it's a All-In-Wonder but it should be the same) I was aiming for DX9 compatibility when I chose. I think everything above a 9200 is DX9 ready, but I might be wrong ???

oh thats cool then , I guess its just us nVida owners that are screwed ;)
(my GF4Ti only does DX-8.x; I'm going to need a new card for doom)
