Hi!
I am having problems with my mouse bindings in sof2.
They do though work in CS.
I have a Logitech mx700 mouse.
The buttons that work are the usual left click, right click and scroll up/down.
I have 5 more buttons, I would like to bind 2 of them but when i start sof2, go to setup and select weapon 8 (granades) and then press the button on my mouse i want to bind it to. Sof2 does not seem to find or register i have pressed it. I press mouse1 (left click) and then it finds the button.
Someone plz help me!

Create an autoexec (using notepad - save as 'autoexec.cfg') -here is a sample :

unbindall

bind w "+forward"
bind s "+back"
bind a "+moveleft"
bind d "+moveright"

bind q "+leanleft"
bind e "+leanright"

bind 0 "weapon 10"
bind 1 "weapon 1"
bind 2 "weapon 2"
bind 3 "weapon 3"
bind 4 "weapon 4"
bind 5 "weapon 5"
bind 6 "weapon 6"
bind 7 "weapon 7"
bind 8 "weapon 8"
bind 9 "weapon 9"
bind MWHEELUP "weapnext"
bind MWHEELDOWN "weaplast"
bind ALT "weaptoggle primary primary" // mouse4
bind ENTER "weaptoggle secondary secondary" // mouse 5

bind MOUSE1 "+attack"
bind MOUSE2 "+altattack"
bind c "+use"
bind BACKSPACE "drop"
bind home "dropitem"
bind f "+firemode"
bind r "+reload"

bind SPACE "+moveup"
bind SHIFT "+movedown"
bind CTRL "+speed"

bind v "+goggles"
bind = "+zoomin"
bind - "+zoomout"

You need to go into mouse properties (windows) and set the  mouse buttons to whatever you want - I used 'Alt' and 'Enter' for the 4th and 5th buttons.

If you want to bind mouse button 3 to grenade - type into autoexec file:

bind mouse3 "weapon 8"

Hope this helps!!       :s4:
