here is a link to 2 screen shots (they looks much brighter because i edited it in photoshop) the original hexen works fine for me, also the new hexen, but in new hexen the weapons look totally messed up! How can i fix it? Hexen2: NewHexen2:

There is a folder called "glhexen" in both the data1 and portals folders. Delete it and then run NewHexen. This will force all the models to be reinitialized.
