Yep!  This morning marks one month since I stopped smoking.  A whole month, no cheating whatsoever.  Gained a few pounds, but I intend to lose them this summer.  Things are going great in fact.

I know you probably don't care but hey, I felt the need to tell the world..  

Congrats. My mum has quit as well, and I know you can get. And mum tells me that it's the hardest thing to do.

You might have heard that all countries connected to the WHO (World Health Organisation) will be signing a treaty soon to make smoking harder. A lot of advertisement will be forbidden and tabaco-producers can no longer put 'light' or anything on sigaretes because there is no such thing as light pollution of your own body. There is a whole lot of lists of changes for the entire world to stop smoking in the world.

Funny thing is that one of our female teacher, a hot one trust me, told me she'd *cough* french-kiss *cough* me if I'd go a whole month without cheating.... heheheheheeh!  Can't wait to see if she'll hold up on her promise.... heheheeheh!  Meh!

Woo hoo!  We're proud of you sandman!  My Dad stopped a little over a year ago.

That is a great accomplishment. One that has eluded me to date.
