Hey fellows, I have a slight problem and not sure what is causing it. first, heres what i am using Athlon XP 2000+ 256 DDR Ram Radeon 7500 64mb vid card Window Xp Pro My problem just started the other day, during gameplay it would suddenly freeze for no reason, whether i got killed, spawinin, or just running around and i cant minimize it nor close it and have force the computer to restart. I have all my drivers up to date and that didnt solve it, so i formatted my computer and did a fresh install, still no changes. Another thing, I have a small program that minimize sof2 so i can do something in windows and normally i can minimize sof2, answer a msg and click on sof2 to bring it up no problem. Now if i do that when i bring it up, it will be all fuzzy, show loading on the bottom, so i would press ctrl shift z to bring it up and it'll be fine. Anyone have any suggestions? could it be my card? a file that i'm getting like a pk3 file?

Drop the console and type that in and hit enter BEFORE joining a server.

This one sounds like the PB problem. However, if you still having problems, look for a backdated graphics driver - it might help.

thanks for your support guys, i tried that pb thing in the console and the game still frozed up on me. So i decided to tear all the fans out, cpu and blow the #### outta them. Apparently one of my fans werent working (i'm deaf) and i didnt noticed so i got a new fan and so far, so good. but for the minimizer thing, its a pain to have to press ctrl shift z to bring it up rather than just clickin it, but hey, its working. So yeah, if you fellows wondering how to fix this type of problem, check yer fans, and clear the dust, it helps
