I need some help guys!

Trying to use the Gravis Eliminator Aftershock joystick in Jedi Outcast. It keeps turning to the left. It responds to me turning right, but as soon as I let go it goes back to the left. I downloaded the newest patch for Jedi Outcast but still the same. I have only tried this on Multiplayer, but I don't think there's a difference. I tried to calibrate the joystick in windows, but it seems to work fine in the Test screen in the Control Panel > Game Controllers. Am I missing an option/setting? I tried turning On/Off the X/Y axis options, and there is no change.

Please help, thanks

so you think I should try moving the center to the right some? In the control Panel? Or just get a different joystick?

I do advise you to try to play it with mouse and keyboard. It's weird at first, but once you get used to it you'll never wanna use a joystick again :)

Well I gave up on the Gravis Joystick, and traded it out for a Logitech Wingman Wireless Joystick. This one worked fine, no problems calibrating it. I ended up not liking the feel of it, and have decided to stick with Keyboard and Mouse. The reason that I originally went with Joystick, is that I learned the game on X-Box, and was having trouble going to keyboard and mouse. But I can't get a joystick to match the smoothness and feel of the X-Box controller.
