I have just upgraded my AGP card to a Radeon 9000. However, when playing the game now when a contact signs onto MSN or sends me a message my screen flashes until the pop up disapears. This is annoying its self but when this happens I can see through walls and boxes etc, the walls flash but the players stay visable. Usually this would be pretty cool  :D but i dont like cheating and I dont like playing the game with flashing screens every 5 mins.

Is there anything I can do?

Thanks

Al

Common problem - look for more posts here and GENERAL DISCUSSION.

Driver problem vs radeon hardware problem... you'll have to deal with it or close MSN (for now)...

sorry  :p

-EDIT-
BTW, I got the same problem with the same card so I checked this out a while ago - no known solution yet as far as I'm aware

or just keep msn open and just use sounds , go to tools then options then go to the preferences tab and uncheck the display alerts stuff, and just keep the sounds and run minimizer with it, should do the trick.

see, this is where i differ from most MSN'er's.  if i'm in a game, i could care less who'd signing on and off.  MSN in sof2 command line = useless to me.  just another way to get yourself killed.  (oh, and if you run minimizer you can get to trillian easy)

When I'm gaming the last thing I want is to be bothered by IMs.
