Im getting better. Still shooting mostly the lower half of the target. The second target I did I did better on the upper half and had more bullsyeyes (not as good as that one above tho), but I didnt take a pic of that target (yet). Im hitting the target about 9 out of 10 times now. When I got that bullseye above I should have stopped shooting, but I didnt really think about it until after the fact. Target would have looked better if I did.

nah. But with this war on terror thing going on, you never know. There could be some atomic explosion and I might have to go food shopping with a handgun. God forbid I hope that never happens. But its nice to be prepared.

Yeah and a gun will protect you from a nuclear blast. Everyone in the USA buys a gun to be safe and at the same time more people die from gunshots than all the other civilized countries where they don't have guns. I bet most of the people who worked in the twin towers owned a gun, that really helped them to protect themselves.

Did I say it would protect me from a nuclear blast or a plane crashing into a building? No.

But it can protect me from chaos in the aftermath of such events where 'law and order' may be not be in force, and I may have a need to defend myself. It can protect me from someone breaking into my house at night trying to rob or kill me and my family.

And why bring up a stupid fact that more people in the US die of guns then in countries that dont have guns? My 3 year old daughter could have told me that. And?

Thats like saying more people die of cancer then those who dont have cancer.
