Well tonight I wanted to play some sof2. I haven't changed anything on my pc or sof2. maybe overclocked the system a bit. But it worked fine before. But tonight I was getting this wallhack effect going up the stairs on jordan1 from the market side of the bridge. It was pretty odd. Never happened to me before and no one else seemed to have that problem.
I just quit the game to report this. If you want pics mail or privatemessage me.

where about on the stairs, ive never seen this happen.

you dont happen to have an ATI card do you,

post a screenshot if u can recreate it,

if its the ATI prob then the walls etc will be intact and solid, but there will be players and items visible infront of them (like the icons normaly)

if the textures are cutaway or transparnt then its another issue.

It's not like I'm missing texture. Every other map works just fine. But only when I go through the stairs it seems I can look through walls. My problem is I don't have a webspace atm. So I can't post the screenshots anywhere. If someone can provide space for me to post the screenshots.?? I got 3 or 4 screenshots.

P.S. just read the thread about the ATI/MSN bug. and this is definately not like that screenshot. I'm working on setting up a simple server at work atm, when I get home I'll post the screenshots.

ive never seen that before, try reinstalling your game and your video card drivers

OH btw it didn't happen today. on the same server and everything.

I couldn't tell from your sc, can you see active players through the walls or just corpses and bsp architecture.

It looks like it may be a *.pk3 file problem, possibly maps.pk3, textures0.pk3, or mp.pk3.  The map isn't loading right, it either can't find the texture it's looking for, for that surface, or the map does not think a texture should be there.  At least that's what I have seen in my experiences.
