I'm not able to get pb_sv_banmask to work.

The mask is not working, I tried it many ways like...

192.68.0.0
192.68.1
192.68.*
192.68.x.x

Anyone actually get banmask to work in MASKING an IP range?

What is the EXACT syntax... 192.68.1 is not working!

yay for key generators had a guy the other day using aimbots, wallhacks, recoil hacks and TKing to top it off.. not caring if he was banned cause he would be back in less then 1 minute... ended up banning about 10 guids before we banned his IP, but he was back again the next day when he got a new IP from his dynamic ADSL link.. wheeee anywho, is there anything ravensoft will do? sof2 is VERY quickly turning into the next CS... cheats hacks and f**kwits all over the place..

You aren't actually trying to ban 192.168.1.x are you? That's just an example, that's an internal IP. You need to have the person's IP (by doing a "/rcon status" command) to use it. For instance, if their IP was 24.197.106.116, you'd do "pb_sv_banmask 24.197.106"

Hey, guys... I am a counter-strike veteran who is brand new to SoF2. I never played SoF1. I do however LOVE SoF2. Thing is, I'm an admin, and have been for several years. I am very familiar with Counter-strike's AdminMod. I am wanting to run multiple SoF2 servers on one box, and also would like to start learning the server commands for SoF2. I've heard that OSD is SoF2's "version" of AdminMod, to allow multiple admins with different priviledges on the server. If anyone could give me some pointers on where to go to obtain the information I need, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you! NiteFitr
