Ok... i know what ur thinking "Oh Great, another italy map." but seince i have been to venice, my map will look alot like the real thing... Most italy maps seem to be kinda odd on the textures (I have not played italy5 so i cant just say anything against it, so dont be mad person who made Italy5), Venice is an old city, So, Ground would be made out of old ground bricks, Some italy maps seem to have litle artwork or musiems... Even the tiniest details matter, You will be able to see though some of the windows and check wut is inside, And little surprises hidden like hidden rooms. Most of the times people lie about their maps... But this is no rumor, im in the prosece of making the paintings and stuff on paintshop pro, and Gondolas will be added... on that note:

I remember a venice map for quake3 or so. You should have a look at it. Looks very nice.
If you can post some pics i could ask a sof2 modeler who made some stuff for me.
