i have tried th -noalphamodelshadows stuff and that did'nt helped and my extra option was already of
i did saw a option about maxoccluders now i wonder what occludders are because that's the error i get all the time
so my question:
what the h*ll are occluders because of that stupid "something"
my map isn't still downloadable.
the guy that gives the right tip/solution will come in the credits part of the readme file (not that that is special but just as a kind of reward that you helped me so much)

the map is something like the size of brecourt/dawnville
i have no portals
there are lots of models, i have over the 400 entities
and a lot of schrub models

i have a backup that worked
i will copy things of my map that i have now one for one into my backup and compile it after every step because now i have a error after finding flare in bsp:
allocportal failed something like that


anyways thanx for the replies so far because i have post this sometimes but almost nobody answered until now

i have tried to compile again on this pc and he gives no error everthing works fine
so maybe the poly,prt,bak files are wrong(maybe they don't get overwritten) because i only used my map file here
but anyway i will built it upstairs and compile it downstairs
anyway mucj thanx to you all for your time and i will say it when the map is ready
