I am currently stuck at the start of "The Bridge" all I have ammo for is the sniper rifle, but when I use it I dont have any sights therefor I miss the enemy and get killed. Where can I get ammo First aid and armour AND How do I use the Bloody Snipers rifle ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

right-clicking your mouse should let you go into scoped mode.. if not, go in to the options menu and set it up. it should be referenced as "alt. attack"

If you wanna zoom using the scope, use Weapon Special 1 and 2.
Note that you can't run with the sniper scope on. don't ask me why.

have u ever tried running while looking down the scope of a rifle? I havnt but I dont see it being easy :P

try this, get a hockey stick (or something that is sort of like a rifle. now hold it up to your eyes as if looking through a scope, now run, If you can keep sight picture in a magnified gunsight while running you are not only a better man than I you are a better man than the elite military forces in the world.

that is why they need a scope that is integrated with the tube of Black & Decker's Snake Light.

they could wear the "look into" end of it like an eyepatch. this way you could run with it and because it flexes and is secured to your eye, you will never loose sight. plus you have your other eye to look around at everything else so you do not trip.
you could even poke your gun around the corner to see what is going on without risking a potential *HEADSHOT!* although you may lose some fingers
