well i just started playing Online and have noticed that i seem to get a graphics tear across the middle of the screen esp when walking through corridors and turning, its not a massive problem but one thatis annoying me :( my framerate ranges from a maximum of 99 to a low of above 40 when im in game

basically i have seen a few posts re: the sof2mp.cfg file but i am a little hesitant to change this becsuse im not too sure what im doing, can anybody give me a nice list of commands that would help me?

i am running on a 1800xp+ gf3 128mb ti200 with a 512k freeserve connection.

basically im not sure what settings to use in: the sof2mp.cfg file, the direct3d and opengl setting in windows, the in game settings in options .. if somebody could give me a little advice i would appreciate it greatly :) i have tried to tweak it myself but i am not having much sucess ..

I have heard that tear is fixed by turning VSync on in the options.

Or you can cap your FPS to a more suitable rate regarding your monitor's refresh rate.
