I have the same problem, I just got the SoF2 gold edition, but it crashes in the first level. It then also changes the desktop color to very bright and very dull. And sometimes the sound hangs, and just keeps on playing with no possibility to stop it. The colors can be returned to normal by restarting SOF2, but the sound stays. Does anyone have a solution? PIII1.266 @ 1.33 Mhz 384MB SDRAM Geforce4 Ti4200 128MB SB Live Player WinXP SP1 (DX9a)

i sort of solved it by going to 800x600 in the first level. after that it doesn't seem to be a probnlem to go to a higher resolution. but it doesn't always work though
