i did create a cutscene a while back, i will put it online next -- the cinematic camera isnt that hard to make. they are made with ref_tag and refrenced in the script but the problem you will have is that your info in the def file is wrong: for ref_tag you should use targetname not mTargetname also an angles key will specify the vector it should point at.

in behaveED all there is to do after that is to use a cinematic enable command, and a camera control command such as move or pan that refrences the targetname of your ref_tag.
