well last night we loaded up a seed for sof2 ctf  and most everyone with nvidia cards was getting about  20 fps...  this only happens on some seeds for RMG.

anyone have any idea about this?  we know ppl with ati cards  dont have this issue.

but on all other seeds  my frame rate stay  form 100 to  70 fps.      you could be standing still looking at a wall  and be the only one on the server with a ping of 50 and  only get 20fps.   soon as we switch seeds  all is well.  the map could be jungle and my frame rate is fine...  i have tried many drivers and so far nothing has fixed this.

is  there something wrong with this seed ?  i will post the seed  later after i get home.

Updated drivers?

I think its that new driver from nvidia that is the problem

i'm usin 40.72 an pullin 60-70 fps on most of this weeks seed. i have seen some weird sh1t on rmg's tho. the last rmg for CAL we played LL, we started on our server with everyone gettin crappy fps (20-30's) we switched to LL's server and everyone had "normal" rmg fps. strange...

yah i been switching drivers  and  so far i havent seen a fix yet ...  i will go back to 40.72 and try again.

if it was i wouldn't posted this  here  

it was the new drivers  anything past 40.72  at least for me  

i am having the others try these drivers.. not sure if it will fix their's  but hey mines working  and thats what matters
