let me see of yo guys belief this i hackt into the file's i got the sniper.glm convert it som many time's and then i finly got it in 3D max manipulate it to this http://www.dodstudios.net/uploads/uploads/sniper9.jpg and when i get it back into the game it looks like this http://www.dodstudios.net/uploads/uploads/shot195144.jpg[/URL if sombody cane help me i whil make yo guys a tutorial whit how to hack the soffile's and whit al the program's if your think its ok ]

Looks like you didn't define the model origin. Place a bone "Bone01" at 0,0,0.
