Try removing the stick of 64. If you're mixing different brands of memory with different timings, you're asking for trouble.

I was starting to think it was what was running in the background.  So I turned everything off except what was necessary.

I got it to freeze still.

Then I just left everything running.  No change.

Then I ran it w/o GC2.  Still froze.

Then w/o RW.  Froze again.

Then w/o either.  Same results.

I'll try the memory thing.
