Every time i try to start multiplayer (not trying to start a multiplayer game,but launching the game) my screen goes black. I tried to wait a few minutes,but it didn`t help!

Intel Pentium 2, MMX 440 MHZ 128 MB RAM Direct X9 My 3d card is a Voodoo 4 4500 AGP,32 MB...And it`s quite hard to find good XP drivers for it,but i found drivers that got the game working (i couldn`t even start a single player game before,i got a open GL error,but i solved it). I Know it`s not a super PC,but it works....Sometimes...Kinda...

Do you get any sort of error or does it just lock up? And it may be time for a new PC.

well ur system does not meet the MSR. and for xp u need more than 128mb for games ur crashing is probally from ur graphics card driver, i think people have got it working on a voodoo 4 but im not sure, try different drivers

Beefyman,i don`t get any errors...So it just locks up...And you`re #### right,i DO need a new pc....but i can`t afford it right now!

If there is no error, it would most likely be because your system does not meet the minimum system requirements.

does ctrl alt del work?? and its no erros because its a lock up/ freeze which is usaly a hardware or driver issue. not meeting the msr does not normaly cause that, its just makes the game preformance unplayable.
