Hello my fellow SOF2 enthusiasts, I've been wanting to make a demo for a while now, but I can't seem to figure it out.  What commands do I use to start recording and then play it back?  Thanks for your help....

Put this text in your autoexec.cfg in the "Wherever you installed it\Soldier of Fortune II - Double Helix\base\mp" folder.

Hit F6 to record as you play. Hit F6 again to stop recording. Think of F6 as the on/off button on a Camcorder.
The demos will be named demo0000, demo0001, demo0002, etc.

Just in case you don't already know how to play them back: Just type in the multiplayer console: demo demoname (IE: demo demo0001) and hit enter. The demos will be created in "C:\Program Files\Soldier of Fortune II - Double Helix\base\mp\demos".

While watching your demos later, hit F3 to toggle slow motion, and F4 to fast forward.

//demo script
bind F6 "vstr demo"
set demo "vstr start"
set start "g_synchronousClients 1; record; g_synchronousClients 0; set demo vstr stop"
set stop "stoprecord; set demo vstr start"

//slow motion
bind F3 "vstr slomo"
set slomo "vstr lospeed"
set lospeed "timescale 0.90; wait 10; timescale 0.70; wait 10; timescale 0.50; wait 10; timescale 0.40; set slomo vstr hispeed"
set hispeed "timescale 0.60; wait; timescale 0.80; wait; timescale 1; set slomo vstr lospeed"

//fast motion
bind F4 "vstr fast"
set fast "vstr 2x"
set 2x "timescale 2; set fast vstr 1x"
set 1x "timescale 1; set fast vstr 2x"

thanks to antisnipe

you can change the f* keys as needed or wanted.
