Yay I get to start another ;) lol

I know I've technically posted these pictures before, however every part of the ship has changed to some extent so I'm reposting to show updates.

You'll notice that the skybox has changed in two of the shots, the second skybox is preliminary but it gives you an idea of what I've been able to do ;)

Nice pics.  The only thing that bothers me is that I think Wade should use a cylinder or some kind of mesh instead of those brushes in his warp core.

WadeV - The ships coming together nicely! I think the blue carpet with red walls looks better than red on red or blue on blue though.

Admiral Chemix - Interesting warp core, is that a Federation ship? Reminds me of the warp core on the alien ship from Voyager that was 'cloaked' to look federation, only much bigger!

I too have been re-mapping sections of Starbase 187, and here are the results for your comparison:

Outer corridor before and after:

Internal corridor before and after:

Command deck before and after:

and finally, the Admiral's ready-room:

Blacksmith1 - I'm working on that room now!
:;):

Looking like we got some top notch maps going on in the community at present :).

Looking very good indeed guys.

Wade: Enginering is looking good, i see you have made improvments, The briefing table is very impressive with that Steamrunner modle sat on it, nice nice touch.
The messhall, very original look to it, makes a change to sitting in a barran grey enviroment to eat, nice tables in there to.

Corridor looks very smooth, its got a nice calming atmosphere to it.

Chemix: Very nice and new original aproach to a core :P, is that some kind of new and diferent drive system other than warp drive or is it a new style of warp core :), either way it looks very cool. Corridors comming along nicly.

O'Brian: Love the whole curvyness design you have taken to the station, The admiral gets alot of room in there dosent he :P, lucky admirial.

Here is my contribution for the day. All feedback good or bad welcome, if you see any problems or bugs please point them out :) and generaly tell me what you think.

The Jeffries access from a main corridor to the left.

Starting to make a few complex junctions where nessasary.

MR T has re done the shaders for the warp core.

Another shot of that.

Inside a maintance section of the Jeffries tube network, and another cool lcars pannel done by MR T showing top and side views of our enhanced Saber class.

A door leading into the cheif engineers quarters in a corridor just down the hall from engineering. The button texture done by MR T.

Ive also got a freind of a freind to do the voice for the ships computer, here is just her audition for the part, the final versions will be polished and enhanced.
Listen to it here.

Nice to see a new carpet color James, makes it look a lot more...{insert word that sounds good but I am so tired can't think of here}...anyhow it works great lol.

Chemix all looks superb except the green carpet, I can't help but think golf course  ???

Miles, that's great, nice to see a station and the corridors are smooth.

Flix you get things done way too fast for me  :s6:  Nice work man! lol

O'Brien: Your starbase looks great. I love the curved hallway design. As for the warp core. Its actaualy a temporal slipstream core/drive. The ship is United Fleets in origin. They are basicly a union of the ST races for a common peace. Wade made the core. Steven Roberts made the rest of the room. 71|\/| made the hallways and is working on the lab. All of which I designed. I'll tell the mappers you liked their work.

James Nukem: Great work on the saber refit. That warp core rocks!

Wade: The decks have holoprojectors so I guess if you wanted and everyone was on leave you could play golf on the fairway green carpets. I am not sure how I would implement that ingame. Hmmmmm. Ideas :)
