Furthermore, I wouldn't mind it if Raven/Activision re-released those Hexen titles onto a collection disc, 1 CD for Hexen/Hexen: Deathkings/Hexen 2/Portals and 1 CD for Heretic/Heretic 2, it would give new PC users a chance to experience some great games, as there alot of people out there who haven't played these games.

Not only does Activision own the license to the Heretic/Hexen series, but they also own Raven.  And since Raven is their primary development house all the big contracts go to them.  Of course Star Wars and Star Trek projects will always rank higher on the list of priorities.
I believe that Brian Raffel, co-founder of Raven and co-creator of the saga, is currently on the Activision Board of Directors, which hopefully means Raven still has some influence over which titles are chosen.

I asked Kenn who makes the decision which game would be developed last week. He said it's a joint decision by Raven, Activision, major customers and lots of other people.

You have no idea how much I want a HeXen III or Heretic III. Either would satisfy me quite well, and cause much salivation. It may even be orgasmic.

Personally, I prefer the third-person camera which Heretic II had. It really allows for the best control over your avatar's movements when you can see your limbs -- and it allows the bladestaff to be a much more effective (an elegant) weapon, by allowing more freedom.

I prefer Heretic II's third-person camera, yet I also prefer the fact that HeXen II has classes to choose from (like some of the better Heretic II mods). If Raven were to make another game in the HeXen/Heretic world, I would consider it best if they combined both series into one, and just call it... Hex. Or Parthoris. Or Sidhe. You understand my point, I am sure....

I also was been charmed with of a Hexen's third delivery. And you prop if it they were doing a bit more role, may to go out for its a bit better. Also I like it of sight in the third and first person, that it is possible to to change. May weapon to put  also more power, and prominent figures to add more, as sorceress, magician, druid, mercenary, and barbarian. If then DooM 3's environment has already , serious wonderfully. Also it's well the this idea of the time, egypt, the baroque, etc..
