Well, maybe a few more.

That means that if you get shot the bullets come out of your screen and really splatter your brains all over the wall behind you. So play really carefully when you know that real damage is on.

it is a mod that makes the damage much greater so that it is suposedly more realistic

It's a server side mod.

"This mod replaces the standard SOF2 damage values for all weapons with more realistic, more powerful values. Weapon caliber damage is now standard across all weapons that use the same caliber - unlike the standard SOF2 values.

Also changed are the accuracy and Recoil values. Accuracy is increased for Assault rifles and the M60, while recoil is also increased. This gives the player much more control over the accuracy of their shots - but in order to remain accurate after the first shot they will need to learn to control their weapon's recoil. Just like in real life..."

neat, thanks Hammer... if I do get a server set up I'll have to make sure it runs this mod... sounds like good stuff to me. :-)

has anyone that plays on real damage servers noticed that the 590 aint all that?  seems somehow more reasonable to me in its damage...maybe just that other weapons better.

i never use shottie on real damage, no "advantage"

or maybe i'm just high
