I've been searching the Net for single playe mods but I can't seem to find very many.Why is that?If anyone could direct me to the right place I would be much appreciative.Looking for skins,weapons,sounds.TCs anything for Single Player.

SP isn't much of a target for mods right now.
Off the top of my head, I think I know of only a handful of minor modifications.
One is a set of skins for the M1911A1 that I made:

The other is a mod touted as adding "bullet time" or somesuch, but I've never actually used that one.

me and grb are toying with the idea of creating a small mission pack, of course we are very busy with our other aspects of life so it wont be out any time soon. we have both gained a decent working knowledge of the toolset including scripting. as a test of what i can do, i myself  have created a cinematic sequence with voiceovers and onscreen subtitles of john mullins getting into a scuffle with sam gladstone... mullins unloads his pistol into sams head for bein a punk beiatch lots of other cool stuff we can do -- i dont want to give it all away, but grb has made new characters that carry the m60.

I know of at least one other person who is making a sof2 single player mod.  He never comes to this forum though, for whatever reason.  But he's been asking questions via email.  Something about a single player mod to make the game more "newbie" friendly.
