The title says it all, never had a single problem running the game. The only reason I'm installing the v1.07 patch is so I can run it on Gamespy. Everytime I try to run the game, it just flickers and goes right back to my desktop. I'm running WinXP, 500mhz processor, ATI Rage 128 graphics card, SB PCI 16 Soundcard. Like I said, no probs untill I installed the patch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Taylor

Did you install the right version of the 1.07 patch? The first release of the 1.07 patch was buggy and followed by a fixed version also called "1.07f". You can check which version of the patch you have by starting it up again and it'll tell you whether 1.07 (buggy) or 1.07f in the first screen of it. If ever you installed the wrong one, you'll need to uninstall SoF completely and reinstall before applying the new one (check my website for download link, see signature).

Yeah, I installed 1.07f, now it's saying there's an OpenGL error, which seems to be a problem a lot of people have. I couldn't find any fixes for it though... Taylor

Yeah, I'm going to get a new Video card eventually though, I have an ATI Rage 128 (All in wonder), and It works fine for a while, but then games start screwing up and I have start up probs, and all kinds of stuff...(it has compatibility issues with WinXP) Thanks though, Taylor

ive had a few problems with this graphics card and nivda tnt cards i found the quickest way to solve this was just to buy a geforce 4 and get it done with
