ive put a voodoo 3 graphics card in a delloptiplex gx1 pc and can not enter sof my pc says could not initialize opengl rendering environment can anyone help thanks Not for me someone asked me but i cant help.

Um, call me crazy, but if my memory serves me correctly, Voodoo3 may serve you better as a paperweight than a legit SOF2-capable graphics card. However, if you want to try to tweak out that Voodoo3, or if you're having some OpenGL issues (most likely) check out here they have some good recommendations.

also voodo card arent opengl compatible - this was brought up ages ago, look around somewhere here and i think u should find somewhere where you can download something to make voodos play opengl games

You should look into getting a cheap vid card. You can get gf2 cards for like $30... and it will end your headache with the vodoo. Guess it comes down to whats worth more, your time or money
