I would like to make it so that SMG's, AR's, Psitols etc dont blow arms and take massive chunks out of heads and take limbs off. How can I change it so that it puts a entry wound and and an exit wound, the same as if you turned dismemberment off. Also dont just tell me to turn dismemberment  off, because it gets rid of the exploding bodies.

BTW i was looking in the models section and stuff and i found textures and  model for the Browning M2HB .50cal machine gun and i am wondering why raven didn't put it in. Even the .50 cal ammo is there in SOF.ammo and I think the weapon is there in SOF.wpn file. Maybe someone can put it in along with the MP5, Talon and Sig maybe you can mix it in with the emplaced RPD and M60.

Also does anyone know how to increase the detection range for the Thermal imaging goggles.

AFAIK does every weapon remove limbs...when the health of the damagezone is low enough..but maybe there's a flag too...but I'm not sure about that,at least not in the weapon files...

Hmm I'm just starting to look into modeling/skinning so I can't help you with those questions yet...hehe

Maybe there is a kind of surface-flag that allows damage but no dismemberment...like the body armor of some soldiers...but..
I'm not that far yet  :p

Edit: when I was in my bed ...hehe I thought about it again (yup I'm a freak heh)
I said that every weapon can dismember...then I thought that the Knife takes long to cut a dead ent, a shotty needs one shot...
So maybe there really is a flag like dismemberment power...since the knife itself does a lot of damage.
But I could be wrong...and its still the damage zone ...since a knife easily chops off pieces of head ,which has damage multiplication...
I guess some forum veterans...or programmers can help you with that...

Summary what I think:
-a dismemberment flag on weapons/ammo
-a dismemberment flag on textures (like bodyarmor)
-some tinkering with damagezones(which is a stupid thing to do...hehe)...maybe those vary with different calibers..
