Hi all, I whipped up a really quick little Christmas mod as a "present" for the SOF2 community... a sucky present but it's the thought that counts. It is nothing more than a bit of fun before Christmas, not a serious mod. It's about ~487k or something. http://www.filefront.com/?filepa....002.zip Basically it is a new gametype based on Inflitration but it uses a toy sack as the briefcase, has new Ho Ho Ho sounds when you get and capture the breifcase, and uses Fuz2y's Xmas Skin Pack to replace the Prometheus team with a Santa Squad team on 4 Xmas Inflitration maps. NOTE: You need the Xmas skin pack to play it: http://www.ravengames.com/xmas/sof2/ The mod should work in incorporation with Man Down possibly, so you can play with bots if you have no friends to play against Don't forget to read the ReadMe file and have a Merry Christmas!!! sorry for dumb question: If I play with the santa skins on any other servers, will other players see my santa skin if they dont have it?

They use 4 pre-existing maps from the retail game, just they have Xmasinf support. I made this mod in a day so I didn't have time to make 4 maps from scratch.

The mod is pretty useless unless your own server to play it on or an play it on a LAN or against bots.

The sight of 10 Santa's filing out of a helicopter on the Raven roof is always amusing.

As I say, it's the thought that counts. :s18:

That's pretty cool. I'll check it out and I may even run it on my server for a week or so. I'll post back here with the server IP if I do. I read the readme, and I have a question. Can I do the 'set fs_game santasquad2002' command from the console? My server is a rental, and I don't have direct access to the box. I can have the host change the launch parameters for me, but I'de rather do it myself if I can.
