that game looks pretty cool, the gfx even at this early stage look nice but the websote is basic isnt it? what does everyone else think?

for professionals it was lacking severely, even I cud do betta, and thats a bad sign. i know i shudnt judge them on the website when its the content that matters but the phrase "the first impressions is ofter the only impression" seems to have been ignored

You're right, their website is really bad and they should be ashamed of themselves.

for ealy screenshots, they are alright. However, they lack alot of detail and it appears they haven't put alot into the texturing. I see decent shadows but bad lighting (light placement not radiant lighting).

The basic start for most of the "New Gen" games is coming up with a name and then getting the basic website setup. Things will change on this front I'm sure. Heck, Stalker was nothing when it first came out, and I mean nothing - the website was part ot the GSC website and had a small link to a name then eventually moved on to what it is today.

Give it time and things will change.

With that said - yeah it sucks doesn't it.
