it depends on whether the stats system is working properly it should pick up all public servers (in reality it doesn't) so if i only played on servers i knew it picked up the scores from i would probably be in top hundred for ctf by now (i have only been using the rankings since this topic was started as that is when i found out about the csports.net site)

With an interval of 3 minutes csports scans ALL the gamespy servers. If you are standing above a player (in the game ofcourse) who is ranked on csports above you, you go one place up in the ladder. So if you have the most point on a server with 50 persons on, and you never played you go up 50 places every 3 minutes, got it??? Offcourse, if you play alot in the beginning you are always going places up. But after while you are standing above all the players on the servers. And you WILL be ranked on the correct place. Offcourse there are bugs in the ranking system. But tell me if you have found a better site that ranked more correctely... BTW go to the feature private ladders, very nice to rank your WHOLE clan in private

When a server is started with SOF2 its automatically appears in gamespy. Cspors DOES scan all the SOF2 server

I have a very personal way I use gaming names. At one time I used the same name all the time; now I rotate a group of stock names (Biff, Stu, Ben, Ike, Ray...etc.). I keep rotating (sometimes pulling a new name out of the air). When I hit a hot streak, like the other day with Ike, I will keep it more than one day. I jump servers quite a bit. If I do not like how the game is going... even for a minute or so... I leave. Changing my name keeps me a bit anon and I don't mind instantly leaving a server without g'bye. That is why some of you get an in-game message from me with a stange gaming handle.

That page have a really sh*tty layout, but finally I found that I was ranked about 850 in both INF and CTF under my most used nick [ONC]Poebelpus. Think that is pretty good, I was surprised.. I don't play THAT often, and I have a life... ehum... I think. Btw, what happened to all the nice smileys?? I want them back!
