The battle continues between Infinium Labs and HardOCP after a rough article was published by HardOCP a few weeks ago.

A number of weeks ago, HardOCP researched Infinium Labs in an attempt to demystify the Phantom console that was supposedly in development. Thier research led them to empty buildings and short phone calls. HardOCP took their findings and published it on thier site.

Infinium Labs felt the contents of the article were untrue and said they would file for legal action to have it removed from the internet. The deadline comes this Tuesday.

HardOCP declined saying that they would change whatever was wrong with the article provided the changes could be supported with facts. They then filed suit in return “to clear the air and terminate the flurry of demands, allegations, and defamatory Internet posts directed against HardOCP.com, by Infinium Labs and law firms representing Infinium Labs and its CEO, Tim Roberts.”
