I'm not getting into this discussion again lol. Just let it be known that names on early/beta software really mean nothing. Granted it's titled a demo, but I dont think it's set in stone as to whether a demo can or can't be for testing purposes. Most all Multiplayer "demos" are for bug testing, especially when this game is only 40% done and won't be released until Feb. 2003. You dont see demos that far in advance, they usually come out just a weeks before actual release. This is an MP test, just labeled as a demo. But in the end does it really matter what its called? We all know there is going to be bugs in this early stage of a game. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that this demo is solely for bug testing, sure they are advertising. But have you ever heard of killling two birds with one stone?
As far as the game not running, Ive run it on 3 very different computers, with not a single hitch. So saying noone can get it to run because 10% of people are having problems in an overstatement. Especially when you consider that roughly 25% of PC users have to call tech support to get their drivers updated |

Its a ####ing demo for gods sake, they will fix most if not all of the bugs before its released.
LOL SOF2 is action realism, two words, bull ####!

Yeah, I hear ya guy, one probelem: 3 Mega bugs inhibit any form of gameplay. In general alot of people are looking at this as a crapshow. Oh...their forum collapsed and their servers went down. They dont look orgainzed... |
