How do u configure the xp built in firewall to accept stuff from any server through a range of ports  

Download a better firewall, the XP firewall is too basic for that kind of configuration.

ip will be localhost or 127.0.0.1

in and out port will be the same 2010 and set to udp

this is for sof2 ait it

but for a range of ports u need to do this for every port  

so something like zonalarm (there is a free version) is probally better
