I agree about the USAS, but partly about the m203.
The m203 is pretty good when using it at a distance when people hide for cover, but when you are having an AK/M4 fight and you've almost killed the opponent it's just dumb and retarded when he shoots the m203 right in your face blowing both of you up while you were obviously the best player.

The mm1 is too strong to my opinion, too many rounds to fire. A good player with an AK vs a good player with mm1 has no chance to win.

RPG is just useless except for the 3 lucky kills that you might get with it. It's more a dumb weapon than an actual good or strategic weapon... weren't these things meant to be shot at trucks or maybe helicopters? Not an anti person weapon.

Sniper Rifle: I never saw anyone whine about this, and if they call you a camper... so what? I never saw anyone running in full assault style with a sniper rifle.

When you are on defence (I mean ONLY on defence like in a clanwar) in a close area (like kam4 for example) are you are getting your ass kicked by the other clan. Our clantactic is to go on defence with a person more (3 if 5 VS 5) with some USAS12. Because like you said, you don't have to aim, get fast kills at short range. And that is what you need then. Fast kills!!!!
